I've worked for nonprofit organizations my entire career.

I know what it's like to have two staff members, a limited budget and difficult Board, while trying to be all things to all people. Trying to deliver on mission, while keeping the volunteers happy, keeping the overworked, underpaid staff happy and generating revenue while keeping expenses in budget at the same time. Running a small nonprofit is hard and my goal is to make it easier.

My passion is working with nonprofits who are trying to do the right thing, serve people and change the world while being held to for-profit standards. That's why I created NonprofitBI - 'nonprofit business intelligence' - putting everything I've learned in 30+ years to finding new ways to generate revenue and support strategic advancement for organizations that deserve success.

My focus is intelligent business development, using data and evolving data analysis tools - including AI and advanced visualization - to identify untapped opportunities for business insight, creative solutions to difficult programs, better understanding your membership and generating revenue.
